Position Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our distribution warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating inventory, shipping and receiving activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate warehouse records.
  • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling deliveries and prioritizing warehouse activities.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification is considered an asset).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase warehouse efficiency.


Qualifications


  • Experience in Distribution/Warehouse/Inventory Management Role at least 3 years
  • Forklift Operator an asset - RAYMOND REACH
  • Must be customer centric and have very strong communication skills.
  • Experience in Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Inventory Control & Cycle Counting
  • RF Scanners & Barcode Technology
  • Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting)
  • Microsoft tools like Outlook, Word,Teams
  • Reach Truck & Electric Pallet Jack Operations
  • Zebra Label Printers & Barcode Labeling
  • Inventory Reconciliation & Stock Transfers
