HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE...

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations by safely moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products and supplies are delivered where they are needed to keep production running efficiently. Your focus on safety, accuracy, and operational excellence will help support product quality and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...

  • Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, store, and transport products, ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies throughout the facility.

  • Navigate narrow warehouse aisles and production areas while safely retrieving and delivering materials.

  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.

  • Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and production transactions using SAP and other computer-based systems.

  • Enter inventory, shipping, receiving, and production data through forklift terminals, handheld devices, and desktop computers.

  • Perform required forklift safety inspections before each shift and complete inspection documentation.

  • Assist with inventory counts, warehouse audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives.

  • Support production reporting and maintain accurate records of materials and product movement.

  • Collect quality control samples and assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas.

  • Support warehouse housekeeping activities, including sweeping, mopping, and general cleanup when necessary.

  • Load and unload ingredients and materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.

  • Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, food safety requirements, and quality standards.

  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends, alternate shifts, and assignments at other facility locations as needed.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Pay: $22.65 per hour + $0.75 cent per hour shift differential

  • Shift: 2nd Shift 2:00PM-10:15PM (Weekend, alternate shift, and multi-location support may be required based on business needs

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
