Job description

Round Rock, TX | $20–$22/hour 

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an organized, fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping inventory accurate and materials moving efficiently.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience

1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM


What You'll Do


As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse, inventory, and material-handling operations. Responsibilities may include:

  • Pick and kit parts according to work orders and picking lists
  • Accurately complete inventory transactions using an ERP or warehouse inventory system
  • Label incoming parts and place materials in designated inventory locations
  • Perform weekly and monthly inventory cycle counts
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and help resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, including verifying incoming materials, part numbers, and quantities
  • Prepare, package, and stage finished products for shipment
  • Support material movement throughout warehouse and production areas
  • Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately
  • Operate a forklift or lift truck when properly trained and certified
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Perform additional warehouse and material-handling duties as needed


What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience
  • Previous experience working with an ERP system or inventory management software
  • Experience with inventory transactions, material handling, order picking, or cycle counting
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail


Preferred Experience:

  • Shipping and receiving experience
  • Logistics or warehouse distribution experience
  • Inventory control and cycle counting
  • ERP, WMS, MRP, or similar inventory software
  • Packaging and preparing products for shipment
