Full-Time.  $17/hour.

 Position Summary

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring all cannabis products, materials, and supplies are properly tracked throughout the cultivation process. This position supports compliance with Connecticut cannabis regulations by documenting inventory movements, performing cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records in the state's seed-to-sale tracking system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory and cultivation supplies.
  • Track cannabis plants, harvested product, and packaged inventory using the company's inventory management and seed-to-sale systems.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Label and tag products in accordance with company procedures and state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
  • Assist with product transfers between departments and facilities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
  • Ensure all inventory storage areas are clean, organized, and secure.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and Connecticut cannabis regulations.
  • Assist with audits and inspections as needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
