Job Brief
As a packer, you are responsible for processing the highest quality of fresh fish to fulfill customer orders. Additionally, this individual is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area.
Pay range:
$17.50
Position Summary:
As a Packer, you are responsible for processing high-quality fresh fish to fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. This role also requires maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Hours:
  • Sunday-Thursday
  • 5AM-3PM (Over time very commonly available)
  • Must have availability for Saturdays &Sundays (overtime)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Starting pay: $17.50 per hour, with a .50 cent increase after 3 months.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Package product with speed and accuracy to meet production standards
  • Place fish fillets and portions onto conveyor belts and processing equipment
  • Pack finished products into cases
  • Follow written and verbal instructions effectively
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support overall production goals
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Work Environment:
  • Production area with cold temperatures (35-40°F); appropriate warm clothing is required
  • Fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Provided cold gear and steel toe boots.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or production experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow directions
