About Baseball Lifestyle 101
BL101 began as an Instagram account started by a baseball obsessed teenager on his couch that started a community and has grown into something bigger than he ever could've imagined.
Today, Baseball Lifestyle has over 200 employees, retail locations in malls and tournament complexes, and can be found in various sporting goods stores around the country, like Dick's Sporting Goods, Scheels, and Academy. The community built at BL101 has grown with the company's success and the mission to grow the love of baseball stands true every day.
The journey at Baseball Lifestyle has brought our brand around the country to some of the biggest venues has to offer, and we will continue to spread our love of baseball and our brand to not just baseball fans, but everyone that is looking for the best off-field apparel the industry has to offer.
Pay Range: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
Location: 455 W 56th Avenue, Building 3, Suite 100, Denver, CO 80216
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm (Shifts are subject to change during peak seasons, which will include weekend availability)

Responsibilities:
  • Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders
  • Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.
  • Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment
  • Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders
  • Interview, select, train, supervise and lead Pack and Ship Associates
  • Ensure Pack and Ship team is operating as efficiently as possible,
  • making recommendations to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes
  • Review weekly time sheets of Pack and Ship Associates
  • Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
  • Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies
  • Report to management on activities and issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work space
  • Contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Handles returns and exchanges
  • Perform duties of Pack and Ship Associates, leading by example
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good understanding of budgeting and reporting
  • Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates
