Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently. This position supports shipping, receiving, inventory organization, customer pickups, and overall warehouse safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with shipping and receiving operations
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Process UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipments
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
  • Assist walk-in and on-site customers with orders and loading
  • Complete inventory counts and cycle counts
  • Open and organize bales, crates, and containers
  • Ensure proper use of warehouse safety equipment
  • Perform basic data entry and order processing

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse or related experience preferred
  • Forklift certification is a plus (training available after hire)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Comfortable multitasking and staying productive throughout the day

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly lift 10+ pounds
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally lift 100+ pounds with assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
