Job description

A Winston-Salem warehouse and distributor is looking for first and second shift picker/packers.

This is a great opportunity. The company has been growing consistently. It offers a potential to earn more than $50,000 a year for those who learn the system well and hit quotas. It offers great benefits and takes good care of its employees.

This is a fast-paced job and the successful candidate will need to be a self-starter.

Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred. A strong background in warehouse, production, or manufacturing is required.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload boxes
  • Operate pallet jacks
  • Operate forklift
  • Meet production quotas
  • Maintain a fast pace

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of warehouse experience
  • Minimum of at least once having 12 consecutive months at the same warehouse or similar position
  • Strong background as picker and packer
  • Strong experience in warehouse work, production, or manufacturing
  • Strong work ethic
  • Self starter who can work quickly
  • Forklift experience
  • Able to lift at least 40-50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
  • Steel toe shoes
  • Able to work on holidays when needed

Hours:

2pm until Shift End; Sunday through Thursday
