Warehouse Coordinator

Position Overview
Joyce Factory Direct is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory, organizing materials, and ensuring products are ready for installation crews. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Compensation
  • W2 employee position with consistent, year-round work
  • Hourly rate: $22–$25 per hour, flexible based on experience
  • Overtime opportunities when available
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • Daytime hours
  • Occasional overtime based on workload
What You’ll Do
  • Unload trucks and receive incoming materials
  • Organize and stage materials for installation crews
  • Maintain accurate inventory of stock materials
  • Update inventory records as shipments are received
  • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with loading materials for daily jobs
  • Communicate with team regarding material needs
