Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, plus full benefits eligibility

Location: On-site, Monday through Friday, First Shift

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is a critical, hands-on member of BCD's operations team, responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and products. This role is essential to meeting production and delivery deadlines while maintaining a safe, organized, and professional warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, collaborative, and eager to learn the full spectrum of warehouse and logistics operations. Applicants must have at least one year of warehouse or logistics experience and be 21 years of age or older to apply. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow with the company and gain comprehensive exposure to all aspects of warehouse management.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition. 
  • Safely unload, store, and organize materials and products in designated locations. 
  • Accurately track and update inventory using NetSuite and RF Smart. 
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy. 
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications. 
  • Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and packaging of outgoing shipments. 
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (must have forklift      license). 
  • Adhere to all company policies, OSHA standards, and safety procedures. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment. 
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stooping. 
  • Frequent lifting and moving of materials up to 50 lbs. 
  • Operating warehouse machinery and equipment safely. 
  • Ability to navigate and work efficiently in a warehouse environment.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and order processing. 
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems. 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet deadlines.      
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills. 
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and move materials throughout the warehouse. 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. 

Required Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations experience. 
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. 

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). 
  • Forklift certification. 
  • Experience in shipping and receiving in an electronics, networking, or technology-focused warehouse is a plus.
