Job description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in El Paso, TX earning $15-16/hour. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise, as well as performing a variety of general warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products according to company standards.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, inspecting goods, and verifying accuracy of shipments.
  • Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts as required.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, equipment operating procedures, and company policies.
  • Support general warehouse functions including labeling, wrapping pallets, and staging shipments.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Valid forklift certification/license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Ability to lift up to [X lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods.
