Job Description:

JENNMAR Services is currently hiring for a Warehouse Associate position to join a team at Twentymile Coal Mine,Craig Colorado. This is a great opportunity to learn about the mining industry! This person will perform diverse warehouse job functions that support the operating efficiency of the West Elk Mine. This position requires the employee to be MSHA certified. JENNMAR Services provides this training at no cost to the employee (if there is a signed job offer)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards of safety in the workplace; adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Accurately receive, stock, and inventory all incoming parts and supplies
  • Operate various pieces of motorized equipment, including forklifts and front-end loaders
  • Process all receipts, including purchase orders, ID and verify the packing slip
  • Research and reconcile all receiving problems
  • Inventory, issue, and receive explosives
  • Utilize ELLIPSE extensively for inventory control in order to stay in SOX compliance
  • Have great attention to detail

Requirements & Preferred Experience:

  • MUST be able to pass a background check
  • MUST be able to pass a 4 panel hair follicle and urine drug screen
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Current driver’s license without restrictions
  • Must be able to pass Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) background check
  • Experience and proficiency with ELLIPSE (Computer operating system/program)
  • Capable of safely and efficiently operating a forklift and front-end loader for long periods of time
  • Willing to work overtime when necessary
  • General knowledge of mining equipment and supplies preferred
  • General knowledge of parts and supplies
  • Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Salary:

  • 5 on 4 off schedule
  • 12 hour days (as required)
  • $27.00 per hour
