About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Logistics team in Huntley, IL, reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, accurate order fulfillment, and overall warehouse operations that support our customers worldwide.

What You'll Do Shipping (Primary Focus โ€“ 50%)
  • Pick and prepare orders using FIFO standards
  • Stage and pack orders according to customer requirements
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers
  • Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and customer portals
Receiving (10%)
  • Receive inbound air and sea shipments
  • Store materials in designated locations
  • Record and manage incoming shipments in the system
Data Entry (20%)
  • Process transactions in SAP
  • Create advanced shipping notices and invoices via EDI platforms
Assembly (5%)
  • Support basic assembly of components (e.g., wiper arms)
  • Follow documented procedures and quality standards
Warehouse Operations (5%)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support forklift charging and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines
Returns & Support Tasks (10%)
