本岗位为芝加哥分公司海外仓配套协调岗位,主要负责海外仓日常作业对接、货物出入库协调、台账数据整理、现场作业配合及基础异常对接。岗位门槛友好,无需复杂进口清关及干线操作经验,具备海外仓基础工作经验、中英文双语沟通能力、基础办公表单处理能力即可胜任。协助仓储及运营团队完成美国本地仓储、分拣、出入库及尾程派送衔接工作,保障仓库日常流程顺畅高效。

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations at our Chicago branch. This role focuses on warehouse inbound/outbound coordination, daily data entry, document filing, and on-site operation coordination. No advanced customs or cross-border operational experience is required. Candidates with basic overseas warehouse experience, bilingual communication skills and fundamental spreadsheet skills are highly welcome. You will support the warehouse and operation team to ensure smooth daily warehouse workflows, including inventory handling, sorting, shipment coordination and last-mile docking.


岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities


1. 仓库日常协调:配合海外仓现场完成货物入库、出库、盘点、分拣、打托等作业对接,跟进每日仓内作业进度。

2. 数据与表单处理:负责基础台账录入、数据统计、单据整理,使用Excel完成简单表格制作、数据更新及核对,保证仓内数据准确可查。

3. 货物信息对接:同步货物入库、库存、出库及派送信息,及时更新系统基础数据,配合团队完成货物跟踪登记。

4. 内外沟通协调:对接国内团队、本地仓库作业人员、物流派送商,完成日常信息同步、作业确认、基础问题对接。

5. 基础异常跟进:协助处理仓内小件异常、库存差异、派送衔接问题,做好记录并同步上级。

6. 完成领导交办的仓储相关辅助工作。


1. Daily warehouse coordination: Support daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, outbound shipment, inventory checking, sorting and palletizing, and follow up daily operation progress.

2. Data & document management: Complete daily data entry, file sorting and basic spreadsheet statistics via Excel; maintain accurate and updated warehouse records.

3. Inventory & shipment update: Track inbound, inventory and outbound status, update basic system information and ensure complete warehouse logs.

4. Communication & coordination: Liaise with China team, local warehouse staff and logistics carriers for daily operation confirmation and information synchronization.

5. Basic issue follow-up: Assist in handling minor warehouse exceptions, inventory discrepancies and delivery connection issues with detailed records.

6. Complete other warehouse-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

1. Prior overseas warehouse / local US warehouse or logistics warehouse experience is required; no advanced customs or cross-border operation experience needed. Entry-level candidates are welcome.

2. Bilingual in English and Chinese, capable of daily work communication with US & China teams and local partners.

3. Basic computer skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), able to handle daily form filling, data entry and simple statistics.

4. Detail-oriented, responsible, reliable, with good communication skills and team spirit.

5. Able to follow daily warehouse workflow and work under steady operation pressure.
