Job description

Gridsource Inc. is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate in Sumter, SC.
Job Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse managing inventory, loading, and unloading material with forklift. Job schedule will be 8a-5p Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process warehouse materials (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Drive box truck multiple times a week to pick up material from Cox warehouse
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Complete diary logs into inventory
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, & regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
  • Forklift Certified
  • Valid Driver's License
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel MS Word, Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
