Overview:
The Visual Warehouse Associate position supports the daily operations of our visual warehouse, studio photography space, and installation projects. The role includes managing deliveries, maintaining an organized warehouse environment, assisting with local and out-of-state installs, and ensuring smooth product flow across departments. This team member plays a key part in keeping operations running efficiently, communicating updates clearly, and supporting various Studio McGee initiatives and events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and communicating updates on deliveriesโฏ
- Packing, Moving, and Delivery to local installs and photoshootsโฏโฏ
- Travel out of state shoots with the box truck when neededโฏ
- Enter and receive transfer orders inโฏNetsuiteโฏsystemโฏ
- Weekly transfer orderโฏpickโฏup to and fromโฏFullfillmentโฏCenterโฏ
- Inspect products forโฏdefectโฏand damages and report where neededโฏ
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleetโฏvehiclesโฏ
- Weekly and Daily warehouse cleaning tasksโฏto maintain a clean and organized warehouse floorโฏ
- Supports studio photography space, weekly floor cleaning, product flow and overall cleanlinessโฏ
- Effectivelyโฏcommunicate daily updates to warehouse supervisorโฏ& managerโฏ
- Document warehouse orโฏshipmentโฏdamagesโฏ
- Building and moving of furnitureโฏโฏ
- Effectiveโฏcross teamโฏcommunicationโฏand meeting department deadlinesโฏ
- Setup and take down of warehouse events and meetingsโฏ
- Maintain flexibility in daily schedule to assist and coordinate with other departments to fulfill their requestsโฏ
- Pull products as necessary for studio shoots, new projects, installs, and shipments
