About the Role:
The Warehouse position is critical to ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of product within our operations. This role involves managing inventory accuracy, organizing stock, and preparing orders for shipment to meet customer demands promptly. You'll contribute to maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards. Collaboration with team members and other departments is essential to streamline processes and resolve any logistical challenges. Ultimately, this role supports the overall operational success by ensuring that products are handled with care and delivered on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and conduct regular inventory counts
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to coordinate timely dispatch and delivery of goods
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to supervisors promptly
  • Perform other various duties, as outlined by supervisor

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Willingness to participate in pre-employment and random drug screenings
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to safely drive a forklift
  • Ability to work in excessively hot and cold conditions due to outside environment of the warehouse
  • OSHA regulated Steel Toe Shoes: Either an ASTM F243 M/I/50/C/50 or ANSI Z41 PT M/I/50/50. Or an ASTM F2413 F/I/50/C/50 or ANSI Z41 PT F/I/50/C/50
