Job Summary and Purpose:
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations within our distribution environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and efficiently, all while maintaining Ceva's high standards for quality, safety, and customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities and Key Duties:
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure the facility runs efficiently and safely.
• Assist with receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing products while meeting quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory by following established processes and using scanning or warehouse technology.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to troubleshoot operational issues and meet short- and long-term performance goals.
• Replenish inventory manually or using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Process, pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow workflow, equipment layout, and safety protocols to support productivity and compliance.
