Job Description:


As part of our focus on growth, process integration and service, we are now seeking a Warehouse Associate reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor of the company the Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, loading and unloading trucks, inventory control, and forklift operation. This role is hands-on and requires flexibility to support multiple warehouse functions while maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, check, and pack customer orders accurately
  • Operate forklift equipment safely as needed
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks
  • Receive drivers for deliveries and pickups, including opening dock doors and coordinating freight movement
  • Take shipment dimensions, weight, and perform checks or tests requested by customers
  • Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy
  • Rotate inventory, including freezer inventory, following FIFO procedures
  • Support container unloading, pallet breakdown, and pallet put-away
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas
  • Follow all safety procedures, warehouse SOPs, and company policies
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned based on operational needs
Requirements:


Required Experience & Skills:


  • Warehouse experience required
  • Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in cold storage/freezer environments when required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
