Position Title: Parts Warehouse Associate
Department: Parts/Warehouse
Reports To: Parts Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time

The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, receiving and processing incoming freight shipments, stocking and organizing warehouse inventory, and ensuring parts are readily available for customers and technicians. This position requires safe operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming freight shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Check in and process inventory into the warehouse management system.
  • Stock shelves, bins, and designated storage locations in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Pull, pack, and prepare parts orders for internal and external customers.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory transfers and warehouse organization projects.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, or parts experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing 40 pounds or more.
