  • Starting pay at $22.50 plus $1.00 shift differential for shifts that start after 2 pm
  • Flexible overtime options
  • $500 referral bonus available
  • Associate Reward Program when exceeding expectations in a direct labor role
  • Step Increase at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years with a cap of $27.00
  • Short Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance are provided benefits and paid for by the company.

Year 2-4 will grant 16 days, year 5-14 will grant 21 days, and 15+ years will grant 25.5 days.
