Join our team as a Product Inspector — an ideal opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role combines production and warehouse duties, with a focus on quality control while also assisting with material handling, bundling, and preparing orders.

All skills listed below will have on-the-job training available. Candidates with experience as packers, warehouse associates, production workers, or material handlers are encouraged to apply.

Position Skills:

  • Inspect finished profiles to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications
  • Use precision measuring tools, including tape measures and calipers, to verify product accuracy
  • Accurately collect, record, and maintain quality data
  • Perform data entry using computer systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Prepare and bundle vinyl products using wood and shrink film systems
  • Apply plastic banding using hand crimping tools to secure bundles
  • Operate heat torch equipment for proper shrink film application
  • Safely operate forklifts to transport and organize finished bundles

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in construction or as a Production Technician, Machine Operator, Warehouse Associate, or similar role preferred; technical or vocational training is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify minor defects
  • Basic understanding of measurement tools and techniques (can read a tape measure to the 1/16")
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and operate machinery and equipment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs

Shifts:

Must be willing to work a shift-based schedule that rotates each month.

Employees work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night shifts on a monthly basis. Day shift hours are 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, and night shift hours are 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM.

  • Week A: Employees are off Sunday and Wednesday-Thursday, and work Monday-Tuesday and Friday-Saturday.
  • Week B: Employees work Sunday and Wednesday-Thursday, and are off Monday-Tuesday and Friday-Saturday.

This schedule provides every other weekend with extended time off while supporting continuous operations coverage.
