Job description

Warehouse Associate
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Warehouse Associate for a company in Monroe, NC that has a national presence. This is a great position for an individual who is looking for a new warehouse position where a professional handling of warehouse operations is used to meet goals and customer expectations
Pay Rate 
$16.00 / hour              
Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm
Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments
  • Accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
  • Operating equipment such as sit-down Forklifts 
  • Inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
  • Working with a small team 
Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements
  • At least two years of recent and consistent warehouse experience
  • Forklift certified and at least two years of recent experience
  • Basic Math skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
  • Experience with WMS systems
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift 30-50lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working in non-temperature controlled environments
