Job Description Administrative Assistant Pay Rate $18 | 1st Shift | 6:00 a.m. -2:30 M-F and OT on Saturdays Provides administrative and operational support within a warehouse shipping and receiving environment. Works closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate documentation, efficient communication, and smooth daily operations. Responsible for data entry, reporting, coordinating shipments, and maintaining records related to inventory, inbound/outbound freight, and compliance. Requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal teams. Bilingual skills are a plus and support clear communication across diverse teams. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE - Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills - Capacity to perform tasks quickly - Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience using NetSuite strongly preferred but not required - Demonstrated experience using an ERP or ordering system is required - Understands and has working knowledge of accounts payable functions 60% Administrative duties 40% Warehouse duties Experience using forklift JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Issues purchase orders for warehouse/factory consumables, office/breakroom supplies, and general needs of the plant - Follows up with vendors for documents such as order confirmations, COAs, and digital packing lists/BOLs - Schedules transfers of raw material from 3PL - Liaises with Accounts Payable to ensure invoicing and receipt are accurate and resolves discrepancies with minimal impact to the business - Works with vendors, QA, and accounting for returns and credit - Interacts with Inventory Control Team and Receiving to assess the needs of the plant - Utilizes NetSuite to adjust POs and receipts and also produce schedules and reports - Perform other duties as assigned Manually Update from Full JD from Client/Tool

Pay Details: $18.00 per week
