Snow and Jones, Inc. is hiring a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Norwell, MA warehouse team. You'll play an important role in keeping inventory organized, customer orders accurate, and products moving efficiently from our warehouse to our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Load and unload incoming shipments, transfers, and delivery trucks
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products
  • Stock and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
  • Identify and report damaged products or inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
  • Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
  • Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to keep operations running smoothly
  • Participate in training and help identify ways to improve warehouse efficiency

  • Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, distribution, order fulfillment, or material handling experience preferred
