Descripción de Tareas – Operador de Montacargas

El Operador de Montacargas es responsable de manejar equipos de elevación para cargar, descargar, mover y organizar mercancías dentro del almacén o centro de distribución, asegurando que los procesos se realicen de manera segura, eficiente y conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Operar montacargas de manera segura para mover productos, materiales o equipos.

  • Cargar y descargar mercancías de camiones y remolques.

  • Transportar productos a las áreas de almacenamiento designadas.

  • Organizar y apilar mercancía dentro del almacén siguiendo los estándares de seguridad y eficiencia.

  • Verificar y registrar números de inventario, etiquetas y documentación al mover productos.

  • Realizar inspecciones diarias al montacargas antes de su uso (nivel de aceite, batería, frenos, etc.).

  • Reportar cualquier mal funcionamiento del equipo o condición insegura al supervisor.

  • Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada.

  • Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y políticas internas de la empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa como operador de montacargas (preferible).

  • Licencia o certificación vigente para operar montacargas (si aplica según la región).

  • Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados y trabajar en ambientes de almacén.

  • Atención a los detalles y compromiso con la seguridad.
     

  • Salario de entrada: $12.00
  • Turno rotativo semanal: 6:00 am a 2:30 pm / 10:00 am a 6:30 pm
  • Debe tener experiencia previa y con preferencia o deseable en industria materiales de construcción. Candidato será entrevistado y se realizará evaluación práctica de manejo de montacargas.
  • Disposición a trabajo en ambiente exterior.
  • De cumplir asistencia, puntualidad y desempeño, se considerará a empleo regular, luego de cumplido el tiempo de contrato con ustedes.
  • Bono de reclutamiento de $750.00 ($250 a los 3 meses, $250 a los 6 meses, $250 a los 9 meses).

Pay Details: $12.00 per hour
