Job Summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate I candidates to support daily warehouse operations at its Woodridge, IL facility. This role involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities in a fast-paced industrial environment. Candidates must be willing to learn and operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT); training will be provided.

Prescreening is required. Candidates must demonstrate a clear willingness to train on and operate PIT equipment before submission.


Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and ship products accurately

  • Verify product numbers and quantities for order accuracy

  • Load and unload trucks and containers

  • Receive, stock, and process materials

  • Rotate and replenish inventory

  • Identify missing, lost, or damaged materials

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Required Qualifications
  • Ability and willingness to train on and operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 lbs

  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/industrial setting

  • Basic English comprehension required

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Must pass a background check and drug screen

  • Must live within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL

  • Safety shoes required for orientation and daily work
