Pay Range: $27.00-$33.00/hr.

As a Vault Associate you will LEAD by......

This position is responsible for performing various production and data entry tasks with quality, and in a safe, economical and technically feasible manner.  You will work an 8-hour day shift and perform your fair share of overtime duties.  Responsibilities include:

• Receive precious metal from warehouse and unload each product from shipping container in a continuous manner up to 45 pounds. Record receipt of precious metals using documentation and enter data into SAP software.
• Based on weekly/daily guidance from PMC planner, prepare Vault metal for daily PMC production starts.  Distribute metal to PMC operators, complete required paperwork and SAP transactions - ensuring metal control and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor SAP for upcoming customer orders of vault finished goods, utilize LabVantage to verify that products meet customer specifications, and ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment - including packaging, labeling, and inventory control.
• Inventory accountability and accuracy for all Vault inventories. 
• Promote and prioritize metal control in all interactions.  Must be willing to participate in advanced training for metal control on a larger scale. 
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and teamwork to interact effectively with customer support, Union vault, PMC planner, and department engineers regularly.
• Assisting the vault manager on day-to-day tasks.
• Be open to cross-training in other areas, particularly distribution, as needed in the future.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.  Working occasional weekends to support PMC production.
• Participate in job related training.
• Must be punctual with good attendance.
• Possess knowledge of proper material handling procedures.
• Follow all safety regulations, precious metal controls, and maintain good housekeeping standards.
• Exhibit problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Your elements for success.....

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel required

• Previous experience utilizing SAP software preferred
