The Opportunity:
We are looking for motivated Warehouse Associates who are fluent in both English and Spanish and who are eager to grow into future leadership roles. This position is not just a job-it's a career track designed to help you develop into a Lead Associate and beyond.
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll perform a variety of responsibilities including:
  • Loading, unloading, selecting, and moving freight
  • Auditing, repacking, sorting, and palletizing
  • Maintaining warehouse organization, housekeeping, and safety
  • Supporting teammates and assisting site leadership
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) - required to support diverse teams and communication
  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced, physical environment
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs. (materials handled will vary)
  • Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience required
  • Desire to grow into a leadership role
