Job description

Warehouse Associate

Non-Exempt Warehouse Associate position responsible for receiving, counting, sorting, recording, picking, packing, and dock processing of large, heavy-weight stock in a quality-controlled warehouse environment. Candidates must be able to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse setting and are required to wear steel toe shoes.

Qualifications & Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2+ years of previous work experience with a strong work history.
  • Distribution and 3PL experience are a plus.
  • Forklift certification/experience is a plus (Cherry Picker, Order Picker, Pacer/Dock Stocker, Turret Truck, Stand-Up Forklift).
  • Attention to detail, reliability, initiative, and safety focused.
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
  • Ability to consistently reach, bend, walk, stand for long periods, and constantly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Important Note
  • New hires are required to complete Client's forklift training before operating forklift equipment. This process may take 6+ months, and all candidates should be aware of this policy.
