Job description

Trace Inc. is a Military Contractor and has been in business since 1993. We are currently located on 19 different Military Bases throughout the nation.

In addition to being a Non- Profit Organization we are also an Ability One Contractor. We specialize in hiring and training individuals with disabilities. We hire Veterans, Civilians and Students alike. Please note a Disability is not required.

Trace is excited to announce that we just hit our 30th year anniversary as a Military Commissary Contractor. In addition to performing all the Custodial tasks out at Luke, we now stock over 95% of the items on the Sales Floor (Coolers, Freezers and Dairy products). Our workload has increased significantly, and for this reason, we are adding Stocker positions.

Starting pay is $21.81/Hour. We provide a host of free company paid benefits and insurances. These positions won't last long so if you want to join a team that supports our Active-Duty Military and Veterans, please apply today.

The candidates will work 5 days on and 2 days off from 9:30PM until completion, usually 4 - 6 hours per night. The days worked will be scheduled by Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Using pallet jack, pull pallets of product out to Sales Floor and stock assigned aisle.
  • Must rotate, align and arrange products in accordance with requirements.
  • Clean and dust shelves
  • Stock products in Warehouse, Walk in Freezer and Dairy. Load products onto carts and stock the items to the respective areas on Sales Floor.
  • Interface with Government personnel to get proper case count verification & signatures.
  • Stock Displays and End Caps.
  • Stock an average of 38 cases per hour.
  • Must become proficient in identifying and locating all products throughout the Store.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Needs to be dependable.
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Balance quantity with quality.
  • Must be able to lift 35lbs.
  • Should have ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • The job is at a Military Facility;
  • If Driving on base, current Driver’s License, Insurance and Registration is required.
