Responsibilities

    • ead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods.

    • irect and support floor associates, assist with training new team members, assign daily tasks, and foster a productive, positive work environment.

    • ctively promote and enforce company safety protocols, conducting daily equipment/safety checks to maintain a safe working environment.

    • onduct regular cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies in the WMS system, and maintain accurate stock levels.

    • afely operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks as needed.

    • repare shipping documentation (BOLs, labels) and coordinate daily pick-ups with freight carriers and logistics providers.
