Job description

Who We Are:

We’re a locally owned, fast-growing furniture store focused on delivering high-quality products and an even better customer experience. We’re not a “drop it and leave” company, we take pride in doing things right.

What You’ll Do:

This is a hybrid role, part delivery driver, part warehouse pro.

Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver furniture to customers’ homes
  • Set up and assemble furniture with care
  • Provide a clean, professional, and friendly customer experience
  • Handle furniture removal when needed
  • Use delivery routing systems and other computer applications (we’ll train you)

Warehouse Responsibilities:

  • Load/unload trucks efficiently and safely
  • Organize and maintain warehouse layout
  • Assist with showroom floor moves and prep
  • Inspect furniture for damage before delivery
  • Help ensure orders are accurate and ready to go
  • Property upkeep I.E. some mowing, spraying weeds etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 21+ years of age.
  • People Skills: A genuine love for meeting new people and providing exceptional service.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable team player. (Non-negotiable. If you don’t show up, this isn’t for you.) Able to lift 100+ lbs (with team support)
  • Detail-Oriented: Capable of providing direction, maintaining accurate records, and following all safety procedures.
  • Availability: Flexible to work throughout the week, primarily day-shift hours (including weekends or holidays, if required).
  • Background & Screening: Able to pass DOT requirements(Physical), a criminal background check, and a 5-panel drug screening.
  • Able to operate a 26' Box Truck safely. (NON-CDL)
