We’re a medium-sized, family owned and operated company that takes care of both our customers and our team. We’re looking for a motivated, organized, technology savvy Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to own inventory control, purchasing, and parts distribution for our service and install teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock levels
  • Manage purchase orders and our PO system (create, track, reconcile)
  • Order parts, materials, and supplies for jobs and warehouse needs
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; organize stockroom
  • Stage and distribute parts to technicians; coordinate returns and warranties
  • Communicate with field techs and office personnel to prioritize parts and job needs
  • Keep inventory records and reports up to date; suggest reorder points and cost-saving ideas
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

Schedule: Start time: 7 AM
End time: Typically, 5 PM (may vary by season)
On-call or occasional after-hours availability may be required

✅ 1–3+ years’ experience in warehouse, inventory control, purchasing, or parts coordination (residential HVAC & Plumbing parts experience a plus)
✅ Comfortable using inventory/PO systems and basic office software (Google Sheets & Docs)

✅ Team player who works well with techs and office staff
✅Reliable, honest, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
