Job description

Warehouse & Delivery Support Specialist
Department: Flooring

We are a family-owned construction company looking for a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Support Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role supporting Installers, Sales, and Operations with warehouse duties and occasional jobsite deliveries.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload flooring and insulation materials safely

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand dollies, and other warehouse equipment

  • Drive company box trucks (14’ and 26’) as needed (not a full-time driving role)

  • Assist with deliveries, inventory, and warehouse organization

  • Complete paperwork accurately and maintain a clean, safe warehouse

  • Provide strong internal and external customer service

Qualifications
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Class B CDL required within 30 days of hire

  • Forklift experience preferred

  • Reliable, organized, and safety-focused

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
