Job description

Job Title: Senior Scheduler

Location: Tucson, Arizona (location yet to be determined)

Project Name: Various Projects

Client: Department of War

Pay Range: $185,000 - $210,000/year

Anticipated Start Date: May 2026

Project Duration: Long Term


Project Details (Size, SOW, Site Background, etc.):
This role supports projects for the U.S. Department of War, historically associated with the Department of Defense (DoD), by developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules, including cost loading and cash flow forecasting.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Create Integrated Master Schedule, cost load it, prepare cash flow
  • Update master schedule
  • Review of baseline schedules, monthly/weekly schedule updates, revisions
  • Analyze cost and resource loading in the baseline and monthly schedule update and run regular cash flow reports
  • Prepare what-if scenario schedules that are based on change in sequence and inform management of possible outcome of the re-sequence
  • Review/analyze time impacts and provide time impact resolution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required

Required Qualifications (Experience, Education, Certifications, Clearances, etc.):

  • U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of War regulations
  • 8+ years of related scheduling experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
  • Manufacturing plant construction or large campus style project is preferred
