ABOUT THE ROLE
Help people build careers and lives. As our Vocational Specialist, you'll connect individuals in behavioral health recovery with real, meaningful employment using evidence-based supported employment practices. Your work changes what's possible for the people we serve.
Working within our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), you'll serve as a core member of an interdisciplinary care team developing vocational plans, partnering with employers, and providing the ongoing coaching that helps participants succeed in the workplace long-term.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Deliver individualized employment services using IPS or comparable supported employment models
  • Conduct vocational assessments and develop plans aligned with each participant's goals and treatment
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers and workforce agencies to expand job opportunities
  • Provide job coaching, resume support, interview prep, and benefits planning guidance
  • Coordinate with ORS and community partners as a key liaison
  • Document services accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Contribute to quality improvement and participate in outreach initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 1+ year of experience providing vocational or supported employment services to people with disabilities
  • Knowledge of evidence-based vocational practices (IPS, supported employment)
  • Proficiency with EHR documentation and employment outcome tracking
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to community-based sites
  • Bonus: CESP certification, graduate coursework in vocational rehab, or experience in a CCBHC or integrated behavioral health setting
