Job Title: Physical Therapist

Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30)
Experience: Minimum of one year of home health experience after graduation; clinical hours during school do not count.
License: VA License required or proof of compact license.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS courses must be through the American Heart Association.
Must-Have: Candidates must be proficient in Oasis.
Description:
Locals are allowed at the same rate.
Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate.
No call requirement is present.
Candidates must have experience with patient ratios and charting systems.
Must see 6 points per day, totaling 30 per week.
Visit types include initial evaluations, follow-ups, re-assessments, and more.
Candidates must be prepared for possible floating based on facility needs.
Candidates must have one supervisory reference for submission.
Candidates are required to meet specialty experience within the last year.
All RTO must be stated in the initial submission and approved prior to confirmation.
No additional RTO requests will be accepted after an offer is extended.
