Job description

Lifestyle Outfitters is a fast-growing, family-owned e-commerce company looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented people to join and grow with our Warehouse Operations Team.
We take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience by ensuring we get it right the first time. Our business continues to grow across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working with data, technology, problem solving, and being hands-on. It is a fast-paced position requiring someone who is organized, driven, and takes ownership of their work.
You’ll spend part of your day working hands-on with inventory and part of your day utilizing technology and inventory management software to ensure products move accurately and efficiently from our warehouse onto Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
What You’ll Do
  • Review incoming inventory for accuracy, quality, and condition.
  • Upload inventory into our inventory management software and online marketplace catalogs.
  • Verify product quantities, pricing, and listing accuracy.

  • Label products with unique inventory identifiers using our inventory management system.
  • Determine appropriate inventory quantities for shipment or in-house storage.
  • Backstock, organize, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct inventory reviews and investigate discrepancies.
  • Assist prep and shipping teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing, prep, and warehouse teams to improve workflow and inventory accuracy.
You will be responsible for the accuracy, quality, pricing, and daily flow of inventory uploads. This role is a critical part of our operation and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and communicates well with the team. You’ll also provide valuable inventory insight that helps support purchasing decisions. Good communication skills are essential.

What Makes This Role Different
This position is a critical part of our operation.
You’ll help own the accuracy of the inventory you process while keeping hundreds of products moving through our warehouse every day.
Our team currently processes 300–800+ units daily, and your work directly impacts inventory accuracy, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Organized and dependable
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Analytical and enjoys solving problems
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator and team player
  • Someone who takes ownership and pride in doing things right the first time
Growth Opportunities
At Lifestyle Outfitters, we believe in developing people—not simply filling positions.
Many of our team members have grown into larger roles by learning multiple areas of our operation. We encourage cross-training, continuous learning, and creating opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow.
If you’re looking for more than just another warehouse job, we’d love to talk with you.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and web-based software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the workday
  • Ability to work a standard 40-hour workweek and overtime when needed
Benefits
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • 401(k) with 4% company match
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Employee discount
  • Referral program
  • On-the-job training
  • Opportunities for advancement
If you’re someone who enjoys taking ownership, learning new skills, and being part of a growing company where your contributions make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
