General Production Position Outline
General production labor positions require working on a production line performing various kinds of meat processing and packaging tasks.
We are a non-kill facility.
These positions are Full Time with OT earning potential, you must be able to work for 1st shift hours which vary from 6am to 3:30pm depending on the line and position available. You will learn more about your specific schedule during interview and orientation.
We offer 6 and sometimes 7-day work weeks.
It requires standing in one place for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work in an environment of 40+ degree temperatures, so bring your jacket and warm clothing.
Some positions are highly repetitive like labeling, packing boxes etc.
Must have good hand and eye coordination.
Must be positive and have a dedicated work ethic.
