Job description

AT A GLANCE:

Broad River Retail is currently seeking for Supervisor of DC Operations to join our Operations team in Four Oaks, NC. The position is responsible for supervising tasks and productivity of distribution center people and processes. This includes overseeing the receiving, storage, and preparation of product, as well as managing inventory accuracy, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.


Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 11 a.m.-7:30 p.m.


DAY IN THE LIFE OF THIS MEMORY MAKER:

· Lead team meetings with enthusiasm

· Communicate expectations and set goals for individuals and team

· Train, develop, coach and mentor team members

· Ensure tasks are completed within the allotted time to meet departmental goals

· Oversee Safety expectations are met

· All other duties as assigned
