Job description

Resumen de responsabilidades:

  • Supervisa que la operación de transporte y logistica se lleve a cabo de acuerdo a las normas, políticas y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Plaza exenta con horario nocturno: 7:00pm a 4:00am.
  • Supervisa las actividades diarias como el recibo de mercancía, el control de inventario, el control de calidad y la gestión del espacio en el terminal operacional y el Centro de Distribución.
  • LTL (Less-Than-Truckload): Coordinar la consolidación de envíos de varios clientes en un solo camión y gestionar el movimiento de las mercancías a través de una red de centro de distribución.
  • FTL (Full Truckload): Organizar y reservar camiones para envíos de gran volumen que requieran un vehículo completo, asegurando el transporte directo de origen a destino.
  • Programa y supervisar al personal del almacén para satisfacer la demanda, optimizar el flujo de trabajo, gestionar el rendimiento y proporcionar capacitación.
  • Coordina con Choferes y Choferes Independientes para asegurar entregas eficientes.

REQUISITOS MINIMOS:

Educación: BA completado.

Experiencia: De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en la industria de transporte y logística.

Conocimiento y destrezas:

-Conocimiento general en el área de logística y manejo de personal.

-Iniciativa propia, liderazgo, buena comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.

-Destrezas básicas en el uso de computadoras y gerencia.

-Habilidad para dar adiestramientos y disponibilidad para recibir adiestramientos en otras áreas relacionadas.

-Poseer licencia de conducir vigente.
