The (USA) Director, Strategic Account Management will lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance key client relationships and drive revenue growth. About the team:
The Strategic Account Management Team plays a key role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships both within Walmart Merchandising and with supplier subscribers. The team focuses on aligning business objectives through effective account management, customer success, and retention strategies. By leveraging expertise in revenue forecasting, decision making, and new product development, the team collaborates cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions. Leadership and thought leadership are central to guiding initiatives that enhance customer relationships and support the ongoing success of Walmart’s strategic partnerships.
What you'll do:

• Lead a team of experienced professionals, supporting their development, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring performance that reflects the standards of AM
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer success and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on new product development and market opportunities.
• Utilize data-driven insights for accurate revenue forecasting and informed decision making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align account strategies with overall company goals.
• Oversee customer relationship management to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

• Proven leadership experience in strategic account management with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer retention.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Chicago, Illinois US-10276: The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $242,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
