The position requires strategic oversight of billing procedures, risk mitigation, and legal exposure while fostering a high-performing team through effective supervision and development. The manager champions integrity, operational excellence, and collaboration to support business objectives and deliver consistent, efficient claims management outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
