Role summary:
The Staff, Product Manager leads strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight to define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies while influencing cross-functional stakeholders. It demands strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to deliver measurable business impact and advance product leadership within the organization. This role plays a critical part in shaping product direction and elevating discipline standards.
About the team:
The team leads the strategy and advancement of Walmart’s global Promotions & Rewards Platform, driving customer incentives and loyalty initiatives across international markets. Operating at the intersection of product vision, data-driven decision making, and emerging technologies, it delivers impactful solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the team shapes product roadmaps and aligns with business goals. Members are recognized for expertise in stakeholder management and product lifecycle ownership, fostering innovation and continuous improvement to enhance customer experiences worldwide.
What you'll do:
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap development for complex or related products, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Build deep customer and business insights through data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms to inform prioritization.
  • Define clear success metrics, acceptance criteria, and rollout plans using MVP and experimentation approaches.
  • Influence technical direction by collaborating with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, and innovation opportunities.
  • Mentor product managers, promoting rigorous discovery and customer-centric frameworks.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
