Front Desk Clerk: Compensation: $14.50 per hour
  • Ensure that every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience while checking them in and out of the property and responding to their requests.
  • Accurately input information into the computerized reservations' system to update and maintain records.
  • Access reservation system to resolve unit availability and assists guests with reservations or changes as required.
  • Generate invoices and collects monies due through the rental program and through merchandise sales. Maintains safety deposit boxes.
  • Complete housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
  • Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets.
  • Provides information on area attractions and resort amenities.
  • Type correspondence and reports for management as needed.

PBX Operator: Compensation: $13.50 per hour
You will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following activities to the highest standards:
  • Provide efficient and positive communication to all incoming calls by providing timely attention to guests or owners while addressing needs and requests
  • Coordinate guests and owner's requests and concerns to departments to ensure completion and follow-up for guest happiness. Control follow-up logs are worked and completed
  • Deliver professional hospitality and information to all guests, owners, and team members while displaying outstanding knowledge of company products, property, and company overview
  • Commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is encouraged behavior to be displayed at all times
  • Balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize duties based on importance with ease
  • Assist in maintaining communication equipment such as voicemail, faxes, copies for guests and mail delivery
  • Maintains any pertinent departmental log sheets, checklists and/or reports
  • Assist with other departments as needed and carry out other reasonable requests by management

Valet: Compensation: $12.77 per hour
  • Supervises property entrance and accepts guest arrivals.
  • Greets and assists Owners and guests transporting and/or securing their luggage appropriately.
  • Park guests' cars in designated area; retrieve cars for guests
  • Delivers messages and will assist with room move requests, groceries, and other inquiries.
  • Reports any problem or unusual activities to management.
  • Ensures an organized, safe and clean front entrance and lobby area.
  • Carries out reasonable requests by management including assisting other departments when needed.
  • Know and use members names, preferences, and routines and develop a personal connection with each member. Provides instructions regarding the amenities of the room and property services and activities provided for guests' use. Deliver messages, express check-out folios, newspapers, and other requested items.
  • Retrieving, transporting, organizing, and storing luggage in designated areas. Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room keys, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services).
  • Driving/parking/retrieving all types of passenger vehicles (including those with automatic or manual transmissions) and records advance transportation requests as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises being a Safety & Security advocate.
  • Special projects as given by leadership; responding to all guest requests to ensure client happiness
  • Willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be an outstanding teammate.

  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to organizational demands
  • Prior customer service, cash handling and data entry experience required.
  • Valid Driver's License for Valet position
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 150 pounds

It would be effective in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Prior Hospitality, Front Desk or relevant work history or related experience.
  • Bilingual
