Job description

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapistย to support their Adult Social Care Directorate, focusing onย Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health services.
This role is key to supporting waiting list reduction, proactive reviews, and improving service efficiency across multiple localities.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Deliverย front-line Occupational Therapy assessments and reviewsย across the directorate
  • Undertakeย proactive reviews of care packagesย to ensure best value and effectiveness
  • Supportย waiting list reductionย through efficient triage and intervention
  • Reduce duplication betweenย health and social care services
  • Review:
    • Double-handed care packages
    • Waking night support
    • Existing care provisions
  • Provide guidance toย external care providersย on safe moving & handling practices
  • Work collaboratively across multiple OT teams providingย mutual aid where required
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service data collection

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,ย 

  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC Registration
  • Strong experience within:
    • Adult Social Care
    • Learning Disabilities / Autism / Mental Health
  • Manual Handling experience (essential)
  • Strong assessment and review skills
