The Bellevue Club is in search of Baristas/Waitstaff to join the team at The Market. The Market serves everything from lattes to post-workout protein drinks, fresh pastries, bagels, salads, sandwiches and a variety of grab-and-go items. Morning and weekend availability is required for this position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Greets guests and solicits beverage and food orders.
  • Prepares beverages and food items for sale.
  • Accurately operates the POS system according to department guidelines.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage items available at the espresso/smoothie bar, including beverage recipes and nutritional information regarding our baked goods.
  • Cleans and organizes the bar area and ensures the equipment is in good repair.
  • Markets and promotes special items, new items, etc.
  • Stocks the espresso/smoothie bar with all food and beverage items as well as side items, including cups, ice, napkins, straws, syrups, etc.
  • Models a customer comes first attitude and delivers excellent customer service, supports team members.
  • Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the mission of the Bellevue Club.
Closing Waitstaff: in addition to the duties above:
  • Ensures the entire area is well stocked and cleaned for the next morning.
  • Calls the MOD to witness and sign off on the count out of the cash drawer.
  • Communicates with the Market Manager and Supervisor about any evening events or business operations that need attention.
