Semersky Enterprises Inc DBA Audi Exchange Kirkwood is looking for a high performing Service Director to join our excellent team of professionals. Audi Exchange Kirkwood is a family owned and operated business and is one of the nation's top auto dealerships. We offer a high-end experience for our customers and put a focus on exceptional service in our newly renovated Dealership.

The role of the Service Director is the first point of contact for the Service Department is responsible for ensuring that all personnel are performing to the highest level of quality. S/He is responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures are consistently and properly adhered to, while also ensuring that the service advisors are assisting customers as necessary, and technicians are producing the highest quality of work with the motto of “Fix it Right the First Time”. The Service Director will be responsible for ensuring accurate notation and logging of all service records with high attention to detail. The incumbent will possess the ability to understand various problems associated with the brand of vehicle as well as be able to communicate effectively with all parties involved.
