SUMMARY

The primary role is to print high-quality graphics on state-of-the-art presses. The large format team is an integral part of Hatteras' overall business.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Have experience running Vutek and/or Durst Large Format printing presses
  • Follow and perform daily shift and weekly maintenance to press's, log all maintenance in the maintenance logs
  • Follow posted schedule and meet or beat budgeted assigned hours
  • Full understating of rigid and roll substates
  • Read, follow and execute job as per the work instructions 
  • Follow all procedure and perform the appropriate quality control checks
  • Ability to RIP jobs for printing
  • Knowledge of finishing equipment and skills are a bonus but not a necessity
  • Communicate effectively with and understand what needs to be completed each night

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience 
  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter
