Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Vulnerability Management Specialist (Mid) to join our team in Quantico, Virginia.
This position is located on-site in Quantico. No remote or hybrid opportunities are available.
An active Secret Clearance is required.
Job Description:
  • Run and review vulnerability scans using tools such as ACAS/Nessus
  • Identify vulnerable servers, workstations, network devices and applications
  • Analyze scan results and determine severity and remediation priority
  • Work with system administrators and engineers to track vulnerabilities through remediation
  • Verify that patches or configuration changes successfully resolved the vulnerability
  • Support continuous monitoring and cybersecurity compliance
  • Track aging vulnerabilities and escalate overdue critical/high findings
  • Produce vulnerability metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership

Job Requirements:
  • 7 years of relevant IT /Cybersecurity experience
  • Strong vulnerability management experience
  • Windows / Linux patch management experience
  • RMF and continuous monitoring

Education and Certification Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Security + Certification

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related IT field such as:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems
  • Cybersecurity
  • Data Science or Analytics

The anticipated salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. The anticipated salary range for this position is provided in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The final starting salary will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including the selected candidate's qualifications, skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and work location (where applicable), as well as internal equity and market considerations
